Mick MacNeil Auctions Personal Piano For Good Cause
Song writer and keys player Mick MacNeil Sells Yamaha G2 Baby Grand Piano with Sherwood Phoenix:
A unique opportunity to own a Yamaha G2 Baby Grand Piano in black polyester case, which was purchased new in 1984 by Mick MacNeil while he was the keyboard player and one of the key song writers in the British Rock Band, Simple Minds. He took considerable time to find this piano in the midst of his career and has said “it inspired just about everything I wrote since I got it. The piano solo section in Alive & Kicking for example”.
This is a great example of a Yamaha G2 Baby Grand which we have recently purchased from Mick with the agreement that we pass the profits to Glasgow Basket Brigade who have the incredible mission of supplying 500 Christmas food baskets to families in need this Christmas all over Glasgow by the 21st December in time for Christmas. The piano is now being auctioned off and we are taking bids by email, telephone or physically at our store in Nottinghamshire where the piano can be viewed and demonstrated.
Thank you all for dropping by, we hope you have a Merry Christmas when it comes and if you have any questions about this piano or would like to discuss what we are doing further please get in touch.
