This is our Ibach Baby Grand piano made in 1894 according to its serial number 27048.  It comes in a french polished rosewood case and benefits from having all of the original features still intact, including octagonal turned legs, fretwork music desk and ornate lyre.  This baby grand piano measures 5 foot 9 inches long and 4 foot 11 inches wide with 88 notes meaning it is considered a fairly small sized instrument.  With a medium touch and powerful tone for its size, this piano is both both aesthetically beautiful and mechanically sound.
